Tec Vanlife

After multiple experiences with this company I have the following feedback: innovative products, genuinely entrepreneurial company, great team dynamic, and a commitment to quality. I was especially impressed with their willingness to answer questions with patience and detail. Awesome to see this kind of company in our region.

Over the last 5 months since picking up our new van from the dealer I have had dozens of interactions on product sales, product pickup as well as installation services at Tec Vanlife. Most of the top van build product and service suppliers are based in the mid west, mid and southern US states and I was surprised to find a local company designing, manufacturing and installing that stands up to the best in the industry (in my opinion). I had done quite a bit of research prior to picking up our van and most times the Tec Vanlife products and team have met or exceeded my expectations. Further, I feel that Tec Vanlife is now moving to the forefront of product innovation with the integration of more high quality aluminum and carbon fibre material based products.

What a wonderful buying experience! I just visited the Tec Van Shop to purchase a few items (water tank, thinsulate and roof rack). Upon arrival some of the staff were installing windows in a van so I stood and watched. This is my second go around at building a camper van. I wish these guys were around in 2017. It is so much easier and cheaper not having to source out all my materials from varies buyers. Frank and Nick were very professional and gave me the time of day even though they were busy. They were very knowledgeable and helpful when I asked about flooring and other aspects of my Transit build. I will definitely be going back for more supplies. Just a side note... I use google reviews all the time to help with my decision to visit a business. It is really disappointing that the competition can leave a 1 star review just for the sake of lowering the businesses overall score. There are legitimate honest reviews and then there are fakes. It is my belief that the 1 star reviews for Tec Van are that of the competition. They are frustrated that they cannot match Tec Vans pricing nor offer such quality service. Great customer service no had some issues with a ladder and they have went way out of their way to make things right not just for my set up but for future customers too with a redesign for the new sprinter back window wiper set up. I original went through Nomadic Van Supply which I ordered it through. They have awful ethics and customer service. I should have and will in the future order direct through Tec Vanlife. Frank has been great to work with. Thanks Frank.

Get them to help out electrical and water system + diesel heater installation for my DIY. Fast turnaround to finish the project and hopefully they are reliable and they promise will do any adjustments anytime when needed. Thanks the team 👍

We have a custom campervan shop in Victoria and have been purchasing from Frank at Tec Vanlife for the last year or so. They are one of our most reliable and responsive suppliers for all sorts of different parts. Very knowledgeable staff and top notch products at great prices!

I'm converting my Ford Transit and used this company for the thinsulate insulation as well as a wheel well water tank. The delivery company (CanPar) for the thinsulate *really* messed it up and was more than 20 days late and they were not helpful when i contacted them (Due to no fault of Tec Vanlife). I followed up with Tec Vanlife to reach out on their side (and I had questions about the water tank previously) and they provided *excellent* customer service, very quick to get back to me and give updates when i asked, they ended up figuring out the issue after contacting CanPar and now i'll be getting my order soon. Would definitely order from them again considering the excellent service as well as the wide range of van conversion items that they sell Thank you again!
